A plan built around you
A useful plan reflects your own circumstances, strengths, triggers, warning signs and support network. It is not about perfection. It gives you clear options to consider and makes it easier to ask for help early.
What to include
- Situations, feelings or changes that may increase pressure
- Early warning signs you or trusted people may notice
- Healthy coping choices that have helped before
- People, places and qualified services you can contact
- Simple steps that protect your wellbeing and recovery goals
Review the plan regularly
Recovery changes over time, so your plan can change too. Review it after learning something new, reaching a goal or noticing that a coping strategy is no longer helpful. The free workbook provides space to record these updates.
